Level II:
Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (Minimum) - $100,000 (Midpoint) - $123,000 (Maximum)
Senior:
Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (Minimum) - $121,000 (Midpoint) - $149,000 (Maximum)
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Level II:
Key Responsibilities:
Works assigned tasks to meet schedule and may coordinate details with other departments.
Creates and develops solid models and layouts based on design specifications, system requirements, and engineering analysis with guidance as needed.
Develops detailed drawings of parts and assemblies from layouts and models.
Recognizes problems that are beyond current capabilities and learns from experts in the area.
May implement process improvements on a project level.
Performs work using conventional engineering practices.
Supports prototype builds and laboratory testing of mechanical, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems with some supervision.
Writes and performs component tests with some supervision.
Key Skills:
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including internal presentations and basic technical writing such as procedures and reports.
Competent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a project team environment and communicate with customers.
May direct or lead the work of technicians, detailers, and designers.
Basic ability to understand and interpret industry and Woodward technical standards, including quality system standards and PLC processes.
Basic use and understanding of FEA tools and DFSS tools and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of engineering quality systems, including PLC, engineering change, and configuration management.
Basic understanding of component function and testing.
Learning manufacturing processes, drawings, GD&T, shop standards, and procedures, and how they impact designs.
Effective time management skills.
Strong CAD-based 2D and 3D application skills, preferably Creo.
Basic technical writing skills for EARS, procedures, reports, and related documents.
Other Qualifications:
4 Year Bachelors BS degree+ 1 Year of experience or MS
International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 1 year of experience or Masters
Senior:
