Job Description Summary:

Utilize evidence based nutrition care to assess and reassess patient nutrition risk and identify nutrition needs. Develop parental and enteral feeding regimes. Create and implement nutrition protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives/committees. Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families as warranted. Participate in multidisciplinary interaction and education.

Minimum Qualifications:
