For our market-leaading Warehousing & Automation EMEA center of excellence, we are seeking an experienced Design, Optimization and Implementation Manager / (Senior) Consultant to join our dynamic team, with a strong background in warehouse solutions and technologies (layouts, lean operations, processes, automation, robotics, WMS, WCS etc.).

As a manager and/or consultant, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing fulfilment solutions that meet our clients' needs and improve their operational performance. You will perform diverse activities such as:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their warehousing processes and system setups, identify areas for improvement and translate into business requirements.
• Conduct detailed assessments of current systems and workflows.
• Design and implement lean layouts and operations, automation and WMS or WCS solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards for fulfilment technologies.
• Lead or support, as key SME, project teams in the deployment and integration of warehousing solutions.
• Train and support client staff on new systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.
