Principal Program Manager, Strategy and Business Operations

We’re seeking a Principal Program Manager to drive strategic planning and financial management across OCI TOS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-visibility, high-impact environments and can balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational excellence.
As a key leader, you will own our organizational strategy, roadmap, headcount management, and finance, ensuring that we scale efficiently and effectively. You’ll partner with senior leadership to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and drive alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities and business objectives.
- Own headcount tracking and workforce planning, ensuring teams have the right resources at the right time.
- Partner with recruiting, HR, and finance to forecast hiring needs and manage budget allocations.
- Oversee financial planning and tracking, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget adherence.
- Work across engineering, product, finance, and operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience driving organizational strategy, headcount planning, and financial oversight at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing executive leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in [industry, e.g., tech, finance, healthcare].
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
