As an SAP Data Transformation Senior Consultant at Deloitte Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge SAP data transformation solutions. You will leverage your expertise in SAP technologies to support data-driven decision-making and assist clients in their business transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include solution design, project execution, and strategic advisory, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of SAP data migration & governance solutions in the context of large S4 HANA Digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP data migration & governance solutions, including SAP BODS Data Services, AI & SQL based ETL* tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define project requirements, and develop comprehensive data strategies.
• Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
• Provide advisory services to clients on data governance, data management, and data migration best practices.
• Stay current with the latest SAP & AI technologies and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into client solutions and internal practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.

Let's talk about you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a Data transformation related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP data transformation, with a focus on SAP BODS Data Services, Syniti ADM(M), SNP CristalBridge, SAP MDG, Simple MDG, AI & SQL based ETL* tools.
• Expertise in data strategy, including data governance, data architecture, and large-scale data processing concerning SAP S4 HANA transformation.
• Proven experience in executing SAP data transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data migration principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading AI projects, mentoring junior team members, and driving AI initiatives within the organisation.
