Drive Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution for PayPal

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at PayPal, you will lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify critical talent needs, build robust pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with PayPal’s business goals. Partner closely with senior leaders to identify critical talent needs and build high-performing teams. 

• Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. 

• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and create a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. 

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and metrics. Leverage data and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices. 

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
