<p><strong>501687 Software Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Requirement: Software Analyst – UHPO Aviation Systems </strong></p> <p>Work Location: Huntsville, AL </p> <p>Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)</p> <p>Relocation: Negotiable </p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>IronMountain Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Software Analyst</strong> to support the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) in the coordination, development, and sustainment of aviation software capabilities. The candidate will play a key role in aligning software efforts across multiple stakeholders to support fielded systems, including the UH-60M Black Hawk and UH-60V Black Hawk. This position focuses on software integration, interoperability, and the synchronization of Operational Flight Program (OFP) deliveries to ensure efficient and effective capability deployment to Army units.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate development and sustainment activities for UHPO USLV applications, ensuring alignment with government direction and program objectives</li> <li>Interpret, communicate, and clarify government guidance related to USLV capabilities and implementation</li> <li>Identify risks associated with USLV development and sustainment, and recommend mitigation strategies that balance cost, schedule, and performance</li> <li>Assess fielded solutions to identify capability gaps and propose actionable improvements</li> <li>Coordinate development and integration of software loading solutions aligned with ARINC 615 and ARINC 665 standards</li> <li>Articulate and implement government direction for ARINC-based software loading applications</li> <li>Recommend actions to address risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities within software loading processes</li> <li>Coordinate across UHPO and other Capability Program Executive (CPE) Aviation Program Offices to improve collaboration and expand the use of USLV and ARINC-based solutions</li> <li>Identify opportunities to enhance synergy and standardization in Operational Flight Program (OFP) software loading across aviation programs</li> <li>Lead coordination efforts to consolidate multiple OFPs into unified software releases for fielded aircraft</li> <li>Interpret and clarify government direction regarding unified software delivery strategies</li> <li>Identify and manage risks associated with independently scheduled OFPs and their integration into recurring, synchronized release cycles</li> <li>Develop and present recommendations to improve alignment, reduce delivery conflicts, and
