Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:·         Carpet cleaning·         Prepare floors to clean, buff, or refinish them·         Perform buffing and refinishing activities to ensure that designated floors are kept shiny and clean·         Operate floor care equipment such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and dry vacuums·         Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors·         Notify building management of any repairs required·         Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions properly
·         Multi surface/Window cleaningQualifications:

• Effective oral communication
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Successfully pass a pre-employment dug screening

Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

Full Time, No overtime. Day or Evening Shift Compensation: $14.00 per hour
