Digital CRM Senior Architect

Job Title: CRM Architect Location: Washington, DC (4 days onsite per week) 
  Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and related Power Platform technologies. This role spans the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales and requirements gathering to solution delivery and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Insights (Journeys), Customer Service, and Project Service.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and oversee solution architecture.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct pre-implementation consulting, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
• Produce comprehensive documentation including design specs, user guides, and system procedures.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in collaboration with project managers.
• Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and system integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
