Branch Insurance Representative - Drogheda

We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Representative to join us in our Drogheda Branch!  

Joining us as an Insurance Representative, you will deliver a consistent quality service to all customers to deliver profitable growth through new business sales and renewals. What you’ll be doing:

• Provide support in all aspects of the Branch Sales Office, proactively promoting a One Stop AXA Shop for all Retail and (segmented) Commercial Insurance, to deliver key objectives as set out in the Branch business activity plan.

• Support the delivery of branch profitability and sustainability, with strong premium and PIF local market growth, through a highly visible and local, market and community presence.

• Deliver a professional, sales focused ‘face to face’ customer experience, ensuring the branch is fully optimised within the locality, to engage, acquire and retain customers.

• Support full Customer engagement and sales optimisation through a combination of footfall, inbound and outbound telephony, together with fulfilment activity.

• Ensure maximum value is realised from every customer engagement through full cross sell and upsell optimization.
