JOB SUMMARY:

Plan, organize, control, and supervise clinical activities related to the care of the Premier Suburban Medical Group oncology patient population according to the Oncology Clinic & Infusion Center policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. Recommends innovations in the practice and process of care of the oncology patient population to Practice Administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years pharmacist experience, residency, fellowship or equivalent outpatient oncology & infusion experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Illinois. Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree. Training and knowledge of specialty areas (neonatology, critical care, oncology, etc.)

Work Shift Details:

Days, Clinic is open M-F 8-430. Need minimum of 2 regular days available each week
