We are looking for a Client Engagement Intern that will work to Understand the role of Client Engagement, our software, our license, and receive exposure to managing strategic accounts. 

CCC has a hybrid/remote work philosophy.  The selected candidate for this position will be working at least one to two days a week in our Danvers, MA headquarters with a targeted start date of June 3, 2024. 

You will work on a variety of projects, including:

• Understanding Client relationships and how we track renewals 
• Working with Client Engagement Managers (CEMs) to identify non-standard contracts and documenting in Salesforce 
• Update account plans with CEMs as necessary 
• Salesforce account management including contact cleanup, research, and open task monitoring 
• Cross-functional interactions with Sales, Legal, Finance and our Business units to understand the full range of the business 
• Help identify mergers and acquisitions via research through DB Hoovers, Crunchbase, the web and documenting 
• May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned. 

Here’s what it takes to get started:

• Must have completed at least one year of college
• Must have completed at least one year of college 
• Curious mindset 
• Customer focused 
• Good research skills 
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite 
• Prefer prior Salesforce or CRM experience
