Role of Job:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional and quality cloud and integration services in an ever-growing cloud presence at Huber Engineered Materials IT Application landscape. Responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of cloud application and integration architecture to support business process needs. Providing leadership and strategic direction on the cloud development platform (both tool and environment). Work closely with other IT and business functions to ensure project requirements are met.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Integration & Cloud Consultancy & Demand Management:
- Spearhead the design of solid reliable architected solutions to fulfill the company’s business area strategies and critical success initiatives.
- Work with IT leaders and business managers to understand complex problems and provide resolutions balancing tactical and strategic approaches.
- Partner with other IT functions to devise unified flexible and scalable integration architecture.
- Work with Enterprise Security, IT Systems & Infrastructure as well as Finance and Procurement Business leads to architect and procure technology solutions.
- Drive the successful implementation of envisioned solutions through direction of project teams on scope, risk management, strategy, and other tactical recommendations.
- Work with the other IT leaders to develop global strategies and excellence for both Cloud and Integration Architecture.
- Provide leadership and manage team of technical analysts and interface into legacy ERP hosting providers.
- Manage platform periodic health and risk assessments and continuous improvement plans.
- Operations Support:
- Provide day to day integration services support encompassing both legacy and cloud applications which includes troubleshooting, resolving issues, training, documentation and tracking of tickets within the support ticketing queue to ensure bug fixes are completed in the most optimum and timely manner resulting in a smooth operation.
- Transition into level 3+ operations support upon the introduction of Application Managed Services.
- Project management, independently plan, organize and oversee resources to achieve the goals and objectives of small or large projects; influences all aspects of project execution.
- Review and maintain existing configurations/setups and make corrections and changes as needed with appropriate documentation.
- Act as the liaison between business and technology teams to review business processes, understand requirements, evaluate options and make recommendations.
