About the role
Position Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition, under the direction of the VP of Human Resources will lead recruitment initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with PathGroup’s mission and growth objectives. This position brings deep expertise in recruitment operations, employer branding, and team leadership, with a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with PathGroup’s business goals.
- Lead and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to forecast staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Enhance PathGroup’s employer brand through innovative sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
- Develop college recruiting programs, participate in employment events, and develop relationships.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry’s best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
- Become familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry preferred.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
