Lucid is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Manager to manage the fasteners and consumables value stream for all current vehicle platforms. This role manages all company business related to Lucid's global fastener and consumable supply bases and is responsible for ensuring supply continuity on existing programs. The Global Supply Manager serves as the key internal interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will help establish our global supply chain strategy, support cross-functional teams during development and industrialization, and drive sound business decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

You Will:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Fastener and Consumable suppliers to support production and development builds.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational supplier issues, ensuring continuity of supply and responsiveness to production needs.
• Define and track supplier KPIs including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews and drive corrective actions for performance deviations.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with planning and production teams to align supplier output with build schedules and inventory targets.
• Partner with VMI suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory replenishment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks including late deliveries, quality issues, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor supplier capacity and readiness for upcoming builds, escalating risks as needed.
• Support cost tracking and reporting efforts by monitoring supplier pricing, PO spend, and BOM impact.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Production to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with program milestones.
• Support change management activities including part transitions, spec updates, and supplier onboarding.
• Travel 10–20% to supplier sites for operational reviews, issue resolution, and build support.

You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or 1+ with Master’s).
• Experience managing suppliers in commodities like Adhesives or Fasteners preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage difficult suppliers and resolve disputes while preserving relationships.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Fasteners, Adhesives, or related industries (electronics, renewable energy, automotive).
• Knowledge of automated inventory management trends.
• Experience managing complex global supply chains and international suppliers.
• Expertise in import/export regulations and international trade practices.
• Proven success in negotiating large, complex contracts.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and emotional intelligence.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
