This role requires strong managerial skills, a deep understanding of ISO’s wcPrism products and a demonstrated proficiency of Workers’ Compensation compliance reporting to jurisdictions and data collection organizations under industry reporting standards. This knowledge is needed to effectively assist with the onboarding of new wcPrism customers, manage junior level staff members who support external clients and to work closely with product owners and engineering teams to help coordinate the continuous improvement of the wcPrism Workers Compensation compliance report systems and processes.

You will support clients that use ISO’s wcPrism automated reporting as it relates to new client implementations, ongoing and existing client service, communication of system enhancements and maintenance, and other various client support activities. This will include overseeing the tracking of client reporting performance and implementing and monitoring processes to enhance customer experience.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

• You will manage junior level staff members that will provide maintenance and support activities of the data intake process
• Your daily work will be directly related to the general business operations of the division

and its customers. You will be responsible for managing clients and client activities, by

using an interactive ticketing system.

• You will serve as the lead and subject matter expert for new customer integrations into wcPrism.
• You will provide support to clients to identify data reporting issues from their system, wcPrism or state system(s).
• You will work closely with our customers, product management and product engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of wcPrism services.
• You will be responsible for keeping divisional management apprised of customer issues

during and after integration as well as providing updates regarding account progress and

potential red flags.

• You will need to continuously review our internal processes and procedures to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Business Administration, and 8+ years’ experience in client facing services role or equivalent experience required.
• Customer Service/Project Management skills required
• Excellent troubleshooting ability required
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent required
• Proficiency in IAIABC Claims standards required
• Proficiency in WCIO reporting standards preferred
• Data Reporting Experience required
• Data Analysis/Research Skills required
• Existing relationships with state accident boards preferred
• Must be available to travel in response to business needs
