Job Description

• Support members of the Strategy team and “Office of the CEO” (including Chief Of Staff) on various projects
• Perform initial financial and business case analysis of expansion opportunities (new products, M&A, global footprint etc.)
• Support the creation of papers and presentations to the approval authorities, Executive Committee and Tokyo Head Office
• Perform research and market analysis including: industry trends, product discovery, market rankings and competitor analysis
• Work closely with other teams including Product Development, Project Management and Banking
• Support line-of-business owners on key strategic projects

Qualifications

• A Degree in Accounting &/or Finance ideally
• 3-5 years in a Strategy linked role in Financial Services, Banking, Fund Administration or one of the Big 4, ideally with some experience of financial products/projects
• Advanced user of Excel and fluent in the use of formulas and charts to analyze and summarize data
• Strong presentation skills, across PowerPoint, Excel and face to face
• Great researcher, able to independently find information/data that can build a story
• Process focused and agility to able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong, written English communication
