Let’s dive into the details!</p><p></p><h2><strong>👉</strong> Your responsibilities at Trezor:</h2><ul><li><p>Lead the entire <strong>product development cycle</strong> — from discovery to development and the launch of innovative products and features.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute a holistic, contextual <strong>product strategy</strong> that aligns with company vision, user needs, and business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Drive <strong>product discovery</strong> in cooperation with our Research and Data teams: deeply understand customer problems, validate solutions, and ensure continuous learning from real user feedback.</p></li><li><p>Translate complex <strong>business requirements</strong> into clear <strong>technical specifications</strong>, and vice versa.</p></li><li><p>Lead a dedicated <strong>cross-functional team</strong> to discover, prioritize, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for users and the business.</p></li><li><p>Define the scope and <strong>roadmap</strong> for new features and improvements, and manage backlog and project planning activities.</p><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>💪 What do we need from you?</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Previous <strong>experience</strong> (min. 4 years) <strong>as a Product Manager</strong> or in a similar role, ideally in the <strong>crypto or fintech industry</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ability to think strategically and <strong>manage the entire product lifecycle</strong>, from the ideation stage to the product's launch.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>stakeholder and team management</strong> skills — high emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating product requirements.</p></li><li><p>Very good <strong>understanding of technical requirements</strong>, with a focus on front-end development. Experience with <strong>building UI and user flows</strong> <strong>on desktop and mobile platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p>A positive attitude toward <strong>creative problem-solving and a strategic mindset</strong>. You are comfortable in taking ownership of things and navigating uncertainty.</p></li><li><p>Interest, knowledge and understanding of the <strong>crypto industry</strong>.
