Senior Specialist, Campaign Development Lead

Put marketing strategy into action as you support leading the development of our customer experience and campaign planning. Leveraging your strong understanding of our customer insights, you'll help shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently support the Associate Director, Campaign Development Lead and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources, and relevant content. This is your chance to use your digital knowledge to employ new technologies and new channels, developing customer-experience best practices and targeting to achieve optimal customer experience.

Employing AGILE practices and a test-and-learn approach through each phase of the project, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with copy, design, media, internal legal, medical, and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way. From creative development to approval and delivery to market, you'll have a hand in the process—and a lot to say about the final product.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3–4 years of multi-channel campaign development (HCP and/or consumer), with emphasis on media strategy that optimizes customer experience and drives measurable business results

  • Proven success delivering HCP and/or consumer digital marketing campaigns in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries

  • Hands-on experience across campaign development, media strategy, and execution (planning, activation, optimization, measurement)

  • Strong digital acumen: knows what makes effective digital content and how to leverage channels, techniques, and operating models to scale impact

  • Marketing/promotion experience and understanding of compliance/regulatory considerations

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement marketing strategies that measurably improve performance (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion)

  • Excellent communication and influence skills; able to align stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly

  • Cross-functional leadership experience with a track record of collaboration and driving change from concept through co-design, co-creation, and execution

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; able to shift seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical delivery

  • Highly organized, motivated, process-driven, and results-oriented; effective in fast-paced, data-driven environments

  • Strong prioritization skills: able to re-balance and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Innovative, growth-oriented mindset with a test-and-learn approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HCP targeting, segmentation, and omnichannel orchestration

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, privacy, and data governance

  • Proficiency with analytics/measurement tools

  • Experience with agile marketing or marketing operations workflows and governance • Prior experience in acquisition strategy and execution is a plus
