About the role:
As the Director of Executive Sales and Cyber Risk Management, you play a pivotal role in blending cyber risk solutions with employee benefits. You will be instrumental in managing and expanding Norton’s breach notification services while enhancing employee benefits through strategic partnerships with LifeLock benefit brokers selling executive privacy. This dual focus not only ensures robust cyber risk management but also emphasizes the importance of executive privacy as an essential employee benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Cyber Risk Management: Oversee the processing of inbound leads and servicing of partner needs for breach notifications. Develop and sustain partnerships with law firms and cyber insurance companies.
- Employee Benefits: Educate and manage relationships with LifeLock benefit and executive benefits brokers, focusing on promoting identity protection and executive privacy as a vital employee benefit.
- Strategic Oversight: Identify and leverage strategic opportunities within product features or interchannel partnerships to support the organization's global growth goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Broker Engagement: Act as a liaison to the broker community, educating them Gens value propositions and tailoring program designs to meet broker and client needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, with significant experience in cyber insurance, cyber risk management, or employee benefits.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the following segments - Identity Theft Protection Services (ITPS) market, breach notification protocols, or the landscape of employee benefits.
- Relationship Management: Ability to nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders across various industries.
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with partners, brokers, employers & businesses, and internal teams.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts efficiently.
- CRM and Office Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical Skills: Keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze industry trends and performance metrics.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
Desired Skills:
- Sales Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Identity Theft and Breach Notification or Cyber Insurance industries.
- Travel: Ability to travel 50% of the time to meet with partners and attend relevant conferences and meetings.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and confidence to present to C-level executives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs.
