JOB DESCRIPTION:

In 2024 FI/FX organization will continue supporting multiple customer and internal use cases. FI Data program of work will aim at closing known gaps in Fixed Income data and deliver coverage, timeliness, and quality improvements across FI Reference, building best-in-class data for world leading products and solutions. One of the strategic business cases within FI Reference is to develop our debt corporate actions coverage (via expanding number of events). 

As successful candidate you will join the team of EMEA Fixed Income Terms & Conditions working closely with multiple other stakeholders, Content Management, Development, Product Managers and Content Operations.

DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM

• Driving content excellence. Ensuring roll-out and execution of fixed income procedures
• Leading project efforts on EMEA Fixed Income side - data sourcing, UATs
• Supporting EMEA Fixed Income Management Team in setting up and delivering business goals
• Accountability for Market Driven Metrics and Service KPIs, leading Service SPOCs forum
• Partnering with FI Analysts to resolve complex queries
• Involvement in Client Engagement initiatives and escalations
• Acting as SPOC for customer-driven data audits
• Reviewing sourcing strategy across markets and identifying deficiencies
• Preparing documentation

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

• Deep understanding of Fixed Income T&Cs (content production), dataflow & high-level system knowledge
• Proved record of stakeholder management /ability to partner with different teams
• Experience in project work (e.g. developing content offering) and process improvements 
• A proved experience in improving quality and filling coverage gaps
• People skills: experience in supporting Content Ops teams (e.g. mentoring, training delivery, reporting results, leading or being part of workstreams/project group)

YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:

• You have technical skills (SQL, Python)
• You have Data Storytelling skills (PowerBI would be an advantage)
