What You Bring to the Chair

We value your clinical expertise, attention to detail, and patient-first mindset. Our ideal teammate checks these boxes:

• Credentials: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
• Safety First: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of modern dental equipment and a willingness to learn (Laser certification is a plus, but we will train you!).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a warm bedside manner, and a team-oriented spirit.
