KYC Senior Test Analyst

<p><strong>Job brief:</strong></p><p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Test Analyst</strong> to join our <strong>AML / KYC technology team</strong>. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of critical AML and KYC systems and applications that support the banks efforts in preventing money laundering and financial crime.</p><p><span>You will work within an international team of IT and compliance professionals, supporting projects that detect suspicious activities, monitor customer behavior, and ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.</span></p></p> <p><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong><span>Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test cases and scenarios.</span></li><li><span></span><span>Prepare, execute, and document both manual and automated tests.</span></li><li><span></span><span>Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data specialists to identify and resolve defects.</span></li><li><span></span><span>Maintain test data, environments, and automation scripts</span></li><li><span></span><span>Report and communicate testing results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders</span></li><li><span></span><span>Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and tools.</span></li></ul> <p><strong>Main skills:</strong><strong></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of software testing experience</li><li><span>Proven experience in AML, compliance, or banking systems</span></li><li><span></span><span>Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases</span></li><li><span></span><span>Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, HP ALM, Postman, SoapUI)</span></li><li><span></span><span>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail</span></li></ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong><strong> knowledge</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong><span>Experience with test automation (e.g., Python, Java, Selenium, Robot Framework)-</span></li><li><span></span><span>Knowledge of data flows, ETL processes, or AML detection models.</span></li><li><span></span><span>ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification</span></li></ul> <p><strong>Personal </strong><strong>s</strong><strong>kills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English both written and spoken;</li> <li>High analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem solving attitude;</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills;</li> <li>Good team player with high ability to work in international teams;</li> <li>Previous experience working in an agile environment;</li> <li>University degree in IT or relevant.</li> </ul>
