Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology to contribute to our Marketing team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
A key member of Ingram’s Marketing team, the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology oversees and implements marketing technology and key operational projects for our “B2B” businesses to ensure overall department and company success. Collaborating with the marketing teams and other business units across the company, the Sr. Manager will understand business goals and develop, build, and optimize marketing’s infrastructure and operations. Along with improving existing tools and technology, the Sr. Manager will drive change manage and improve workflows as new tools and systems are identified and implemented. In your leadership role, you will play a key role in establishing and updating training programs and documentation for marketing technologies, processes, and best practices, manage the legal and security compliance of all marketing and related systems and processes, and manages key cross functional team projects. The Sr. Manager will lead, coach, and develop staff to support all aspects of the marketing tech stack, including support, training, and working with internal and external resources.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent in relevant job experience in lieu of degree.
- 7 years experience with marketing technology, marketing product management, or direct experience with marketing technology systems
- 5 years of experience in marketing operations, data, or systems integrations or related role
- 2 years prior experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, builds, and optimizes marketing’s processes, systems, and infrastructure, including evaluating new technologies and process/workflow enhancements
- Manages the integrations, modifications and maintenance of marketing technologies, systems, tools and solutions; particularly focused on enhancing targeting, segmentation, and personalization capabilities
- Manages B2B email marketing operations and marketing business technologies (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hubspot, Quickbase, Jotform, and other tools
- Leverages marketing technology for seamless process and insight across Marketing and Sales (i.e. lead management processes, CRM, and marketing automation etc.)
- Manages and executes key cross-functional projects, involving internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates with technology partners on data integration initiatives in support of new targeting, segmentation, and personalization capabilities.
- Assures marketing systems and processes meet expected levels of security and legal compliance in data privacy (PII, GDPR, CCPA, SPAM, cookie compliance, etc.) by working closely with Ingram’s security and legal teams
- Prepares and manages marketing technology stack budget
- Manages, coaches, and develops staff
