Role Overview: 

The primary role of the Warehouse Associate in the Nutrition business is to assist in all aspects of plant production, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness.  

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role: 

• Learn and train across all roles required at the plant, including mixing, bagging, forklift, and container loading. 

• Operate and maintain processing equipment as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

• Maintain facility cleanliness throughout all operations. 

• Perform Quality Control while handling products. 

• Accurately document tasks performed across processing, maintenance, cleaning. 

• Manage warehousing including receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory. 

• Follow all safety, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures. 

What You Bring to the Role: 

• 1+ years of experience and must be at least 18 years of age 

• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment 

• Ability to repetitively lift packages up to 50 lb. (or 110Lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate-controlled dusty environment 

• Good math and organizational skills 

• Able to follow written and verbal English directions and complete necessary documentation 

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:  

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $16.83 to $22.41 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
