Hourly base pay rate is $14.71 - $22.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location.
- Handles vehicle check-in duties, ensuring that all proper identification stickers and labels are properly affixed to arriving vehicles and entering vehicle identification information into company computer / tracking systems.
- May capture and process electronic images of vehicles, uploading pictures in association with electronic condition reports, when engaged in vehicle photography
- Directs vehicle transporters to appropriate car drop zones.
- Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify assigned inventory.
- Ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale.
- Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area.
- Communicate with other teams in the auction process to ensure coordinated staging efforts.
- Enters vehicle data into computer / data management system.
- Monitors vehicle movement through all processing within assigned quadrant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
- OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Safe Drivers needed; Valid driver’s license required
Preferred:
- Ability to drive vehicles with both standard (manual) and automatic transmissions preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge of flat tires, low fuel, jump starting vehicles, etc.
- Required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, vision abilities required to include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds
- Must be able to walk long distances
Work Environment:
Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise.
Schedule:
This is part-time position and the schedule will be either Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday.
