Position Summary

Position supervises patient accounts activities ensuring that policies and procedures are communicated and implemented to patients, physicians, staff and outside contacts.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises, systems, billing and scheduling staff, providing training and assistance as required.
  • Ensures charge posting is completed for all services, including regulatory, documentation and coding audits.
  • Provides scheduling coordination, coding assistance and liaison with WUSBCS operations.
  • Resolves difficult patient account situations.
  • Assures available float coverage for all supervised positions.

Salary Range

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
