Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</span></p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <p><span>In this role you will:  </span></p><ul><li><span>Work with state-of-the-art next generation hardware and software. </span></li><li><span>Work on solving challenging technical problems with wide scope.  </span></li><li><span>Work in small, focused teams with talented developers.</span></li><li><span>Partner with industry-leading engineers, artists, producers, PMs and designers and collaborate with talented teams around the world.  </span></li><li><span>Write well-designed, testable, maintainable code.  </span></li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p><span><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python</span><ul><li><span>OR equivalent experience.</span></li></ul></li><li><span><span>Professional experience developing interactive 3D, AR or VR applications or components, using C# and/or C++.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience in design, coding, and debugging skills.</span></span></li></ul><p><span><strong><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Technical problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>An ability and desire to work in a team environment on a shared code base.</span></li><li><span>An appetite for learning new skills and adapting to new challenges.</span></li><li><span>Experience developing with Unity, Unreal, Babylon.js or other 3d engines.</span></li><li><span>Experience in cloud development / Azure technologies.</span></li><li><span>Experience and/or an active interest in driving diversity &amp; inclusion efforts.</span></li><li><span>Windows, Android and/or iOS Development.</span></li><li><span>Experience developing Generate AI and ML solutions.</span></li></ul><p><span>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
