What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Lattice AI team and drive the roadmap for one or more of our AI-powered experiences. This person will play a key role in building AI-powered features and agentic systems leveraging LLMs and/or ML technologies to expand the Lattice platform capabilities and help employees, managers, and HR teams succeed at work.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in design, engineering, AI/ML, user research, product marketing, security, and legal to shape thoughtful and impactful products that are grounded in user needs and technical innovation.

• Own the roadmap, execution, and adoption for one or more core AI experiences at Lattice to lay the groundwork for our long-term AI strategy and enable a future vision that aligns with evolving product and business goals.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear goals, success metrics, and milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship high-impact, customer-ready products.
• Partner with our engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to build products that are grounded in both technical feasibility and user value.
• Talk with customers regularly to uncover pain points, gather feedback, and validate solutions.
• Ensure that every AI experience we ship is accurate, safe, and aligned with our company values.

What You Will Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who has an interest in working in a new product area and a combination of the following:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management with a proven track record of partnering with key stakeholders (executive teams, customers, and go-to-market) to create a compelling AI product strategy that translates into an executable product roadmap 
• Prior experience building AI-powered products leveraging Generative AI and/or ML techniques, especially in B2B or workflow-heavy products
• Experience building and shipping 0-to-1 products is a plus
• Experience managing ambiguity and making tradeoffs across UX, data availability, AI reliability, and technical complexity
• Proven track record of supporting high-performing, cross-functional teams with a history of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it

 

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $145,000 - $181,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
