Sr. Analyst, IBP
The Sr Analyst, IBP will be responsible for managing processes and process improvements for the Demand Planning and Capabilities Demand Analytics Departments. Focus for this role will be primarily on the ITP processes within Demand Planning. This role will be an important cross-functional team player across Operations, Demand Planning, Capabilities and Systems, Sales, Innovation, Marketing and Strategy, Insights and Planning. This role will involve a balance of day-to-day/week-to-week and project-based work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the management and development of processes that impact both the ITP and IBP planning processes in Demand Planning.
Manage and enhance Analytics reporting within both Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Standardize both existing and new processes within the Demand Planning and Demand Capabilities.
Communicate changes to processes and reporting to the Demand Planning and Capabilities Teams.
Work with Demand Planners and Demand Planning Leads to solve Business-specific problems.
Ensure data and reporting is accurate for reporting within Demand Planning and Demand Capabilities. Troubleshoot data and reports when needed.
Engage and execute in Agile and transformation methodologies.
Drive action within Demand Planning and Capabilities based on benchmarking and targets-based data.
Assist in cross-functional lead projects that involve Demand elements and data.
Engage in and align with company initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
An undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is required.
2+ years in related fields in the CPG industry: supply planning, supply chain management, demand planning, or production coordination
Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
Skillset in both Microsoft Excel and Tableau
Experience with Forecasting systems such as o9 is a plus
Solid numerical and analytical skill set with the ability to interpret quantitative data.
Strong verbal, written, and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed-upon time frames.
Self-starter with can-do attitude
Sound judgment using available data.
Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for long periods.
