Wholesale Account Manager - Zona Sur Andalucía (staffed)

<h3>Descripción del empleo</h3><p>In this position you will be responsible for the direct contact with the wholesale accounts, ensuring the high quality of our business, excellent brand image and visibility in their stores.</p><p>You will be responsible for the best possible execution of the trade marketing calendars, in full alignment with your head office recommendations to achieve and, wherever possible, exceed sales targets. ​</p><p>Developing action plans to increase sales, address problem areas and identify ways to increase sales through analysis of stores business sales reports.  </p><p>Ensuring good relationship and collaboration with the team and partner accounts.</p><p>​​Monitor &amp; improve sales</p><ul><li>​Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with pre-determined company initiatives are maintained on all point of sales </li><li>Train and motivate store team members to achieve the highest standards of our Brand Awareness </li><li>​Coordination and implementation of store events and implementation of promotional calendars </li><li>Visiting the store and taking care of : visual merchandising, training, sell out.</li><li>​Be the brand ambassador of Rituals in the field </li><li>Support sales at peak times </li><li>​Effective stock management to minimize losses through control of testers and store damages.</li></ul><h3>Requisitos</h3><p> </p><ul><li>About 2 years of experience in managing teams.</li><li>High communication skills</li><li>High capability of planning, organization to develop the commercial plan.</li><li>Availability of travelling almost 80%</li><li>Languages: High level of English and Spanish.</li><li><strong>Living in Andalusia is a requirement</strong></li></ul>
