As a Compensation Associate Senior within PNC's Retail Compensation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Washington D.C.

Preferred experience includes, but is not limited to:
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze, organize, and interpret large, complex data sets with accuracy.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that guide business decisions.

Job Description

  • Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation.
  • Conducts preliminary job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommends plan revisions to compete with market trends.
  • Assists with compiling and preparing reports for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
