Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing Technical review and governance for a complex customer mission set.
- Supports the deployment and operation of new technical solutions.
- Provides technical experience and integration solutions across industry and customer problem sets.
- Work with customer regarding vendor management and establish processes to support this management.
- Provide expertise as required to evaluate new technical requirements and solutions.
- Responsible for translating the customer's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs.
- Acts as an advocate for the customer, as the authority on the architecture designed to address customer business problems.
- Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions within the customer spaces.
- Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs.
- Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Provides direction for design activities.
- Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.
Qualifications
The candidate shall have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
- BS with 8+ years of experience or Masters and 6+ years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must be an independent, self-starter
- Must have and aggressive can-do attitude and a willingness to pivot from one role to next dependent on customer requirements
- Have a technical operational background
- Must have experience with customer governance, coodination, writing style, and communication systems
- Must have experience with translating and simplifying complicated technical topics for Senior Staff and or non-technical audiences
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to learn quickly on the job
The following desired qualifications are desired, but not mandatory:
- Have a technical operational background
- Experience managing requirements for a large organization
- Familiarity with a variety of customer communication systems
- Experience communicating to seniors and creating presentation products fit for Senior audiences

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
