As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take on a wide range of design challenges throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, product, product specialists, and fellow product designers.</p><p>Some of your key responsibilities will include:</p><p><strong>Design system expertise.</strong> You’ll play a vital role in driving, contributing to, building, maintaining, and evolving our design systems. You’ll engage stakeholders and advocate for consistency through the design system.</p><p><strong>User advocacy.</strong> You’ll champion the user perspective in design discussions, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met across all products and platforms.</p><p><strong>Collaboration.</strong> Working within a cross-functional team, you’ll research, wireframe, design, and test to deliver high-quality solutions for your team’s domain.</p><p><strong>User research.</strong> You’ll identify when user research is needed and, in collaboration with user researchers, plan, conduct, and synthesize research and usability test findings.</p><p><strong>Two-way feedback culture.</strong> You’ll regularly share your designs and seek feedback, approaching and resolving design critiques constructively and gracefully.</p><p><strong>UI Design.</strong> You’ll engage in hands-on crafting of implementation-ready designs, focusing on details such as interaction and UI design choices.</p><h2><strong>⚡⚡️Ideal Profile</strong></h2><p><strong>UX Design expertise.</strong> You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.</p><p><strong>Solid understanding of product development principles.</strong> You’re familiar with principles such as viability, desirability, and feasibility, as well as interaction design principles like consistency, affordance, learnability, predictability, and feedback, and how these integrate into the design process.</p><p><strong>User research skills.</strong> You bring strong experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.</p><p><strong>Engineering collaborator.</strong> You excel in partnering with engineers to implement designs and work as a cohesive team.</p><p><strong>User problem-solving expertise.</strong> You invest time in understanding core user problems, recognizing that defining the “what” is essential to designing the “how.”</p><p><strong>Excellent communication.</strong> You effectively articulate design decisions with your team and stakeholders, advocating for the user while fostering collaboration.</p><p><strong>Team player.</strong> You value teamwork and enjoy the process of co-creating solutions with your team.</p><p><strong>Technical proficiency.</strong> You’re highly skilled in Figma, particularly in working with components and variants in a design system.</p><p><strong>Agility in work.</strong> You’re experienced in running cross-functional workshops, design sprints, and collaborative exercises.</p><p><strong>Leadership mindset.</strong> Experience mentoring or guiding other designers is a plus.
