About the Role

Our client, a company organising a major finance conference in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an experienced videographer to create a promotional trailer for their upcoming event. This short-term project requires on-site filming of speakers and capturing additional B-roll footage. The ideal candidate will have high-level expertise in event videography and the ability to produce a compelling promotional video within a tight deadline.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage of conference speakers
• Film additional B-roll footage to enhance the promotional trailer
• Plan and execute shots that effectively showcase the conference atmosphere
• Manage lighting and audio to ensure professional-quality footage
• Work efficiently to gather all necessary footage within 1-2 days

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-level event videography, particularly for conferences or corporate events
• Expertise in creating promotional videos or trailers
• Advanced skills in video editing and post-production
