We’re seeking a Client Service Representative to join our National Corporate Transactions team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact between our clients (other businesses) and internal CSC teams—helping clients meet important compliance requirements with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges.

• Research, review, and process corporate legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.

• Manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records through data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval.

• Navigate multiple systems and databases efficiently.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and team performance.

• Contribute to client retention and growth by delivering proactive, solutions-oriented service.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service or administrative support.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for service.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional schedule needs based on business demand.

 

At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current starting salary is $45,000-50,000 per year.
