Senior Business Analyst Front to back (Asset Management)

<p>Our <strong>Delta Technology</strong> team is looking for a Senior Business analyst (asset management) to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.</p><p>The Senior Business Analyst Asset Management will have the following responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.</li> <li>Define reporting and alerting requirements.</li> <li>Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.</li> <li>Help design, document and maintain system processes.</li> <li>Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.</li> <li>Communicate key insights and findings to product team.</li> <li>Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven at least 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst within an Asset Manager or similar organization.</li> <li>Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.</li> <li>Deep understanding of finance and investments.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational.</li> <li>Knowledge of one of PMS / OMS software ( eg Simcorp Dimension / Aladin / Charles River)</li> <li>Knowledge of BI tools (eg : SAP BI / Power BI …).</li> <li>A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.</li> <li>English, French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Permanent contract.</li> <li>Dynamic and innovation environment.</li> <li>Trainings.</li> <li>Competitive salary package.</li> </ul>
