Day to Day Responsibilities as a Senior QA Engineer:

- Collaborating with software engineers to comprehend the technical architecture and implementation of each feature.
- Interpreting and reporting testing results, advocating for quality throughout the development process.
- Extending and enhancing our test framework.
- Creating comprehensive test plans and test cases to support new features.
- Reviewing user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
- Identifying, isolating, documenting, regressing, and tracking bugs through resolution.
- Collaborating effectively within the development team and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Senior QA Engineer Requirements:

- The nature of work (i.e. interactions with the intelligence community and DoD programs) requires eligibility to apply for and hold a US security clearance; selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements at the time of employment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Equivalent professional experience (at least 13 years) will be considered for talented candidates without a degree.
- Proficient in testing methodologies within an integrated agile project team.
- Ability to code automated tests using Test Complete, Robot, J-Unit, Silk4J, or Pytest.
Senior QA Engineer Preferences:

- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Application security tools such as Fortify or SonarQube.
- Automated testing expertise.
- Programming proficiency in C++, Java, or Python.
