About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Inventory Management, Warehouse, and Logistics team. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by receiving materials, preparing orders, operating equipment, and ensuring accuracy and safety in every task. Key accountabilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stage, palletize, and load outbound products.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Complete documentation and system transactions accurately.
- Report discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Responds to all call outs 24/7, on assigned days, in case of any emergencies and plant failures requiring warehouse shipments.
- Store inventory in accordance with the AMD Preservation, Maintenance & Storage Program.
- Perform inventory preservation and maintenance in accordance with the AMD Preservation, Maintenance & Storage Program.
Essential education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential experience
- Forklift qualified or ability to obtain qualification.
- Experience using Acumatica Inventory system
- Prior experience in electronic parts catalog research
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, CDL would be a plus
- Must pass background check and non-DOT drug test
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills

How much do we pay? $20 - $24 per hour. *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees).
