Shuttle Driver - Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport

Description

We are currently seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by driving them to and from the airport and area locations within a designated radius of the hotel. You will also assist with luggage and maintain the cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, and all assigned public areas.

Shuttle Driver Responsibilities Include:

- Drive guests to and from the airport and area locations within a designated radius of the hotel

- Assist guests with luggage

- Maintain the cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, shuttle and all assigned public areas

- Assist Housekeeping and Maintenance as needed

- Always maintain a professional image through appearances and dress

- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

- Make recommendations on ways our guests can have an exceptional stay

- Ensure security and general upkeep of vehicle

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests from all walks of life

- Professional yet friendly demeanor

- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
