Account Receivable Senior Analyst (f/m/d)

<b>You may be our new </b> <p><span><b>Account Receivable Senior Analyst </b></span></p> <p><span><b>~ Determined period contract - 2 years. </b></span></p> Key responsibilities <ul> <li>Performs daily processing and data entry tasks for customer accounts, which include verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and recording accounts receivable data. Responsibilities cover intercompany manual invoicing, system-specific closing and maintenance activities, cash application tasks, direct debit operations, securitization program activities, and period-end closing tasks, such as intercompany reconciliation, netting, statement uploads and clearings, reconciliations, financial reporting preparation, cash management, dunning, accounts receivable aging monitoring, and generating KPI reports.</li> <li>Ensures timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries or business escalations related to payments, receipts, and customer document issues.</li> <li>Performs internal controls related to account receivable for all relevant entities.</li> <li>Engages in problem-solving to address and resolve customer account discrepancies.</li> <li>Completes ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervisors or requested by business partners. </li> <li>Documents, maintains, and updates corresponding work procedures.</li> <li>Takes initiative in process improvements, actively participating in the standardization and enhancement of accounts receivable processes and related projects and initiatives. </li> </ul> <p> </p> You bring these skills, experience &amp; education <ul> <li>University Degree in Economics / Finance or related fields.</li> <li>2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable within a multinational corporate setting.</li> <li>Capability to quickly understand complex business structure.</li> <li>Accuracy in handling and delivering numerical data.</li> <li>Ability and drive to change processes continuously and efficiently.</li> <li>Good time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Accounting ERP experience and MS Office knowledge.</li> <li>Fluency in English.</li> </ul>   SIG competencies <p>We are looking for people who are willing to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances, employees who create a climate where everyone is motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
