Summary

Primarily works with engagement delivery teams to program, design, and analyze information systems and assists with project planning and maintaining interoperable solutions that connect our systems and applications with external partners using FHIR standards and Epic tools.

Responsibilities

• Employ effective problem-solving skills through accurate problem identification and ensuring that the solution and/or deliverables fit the customer’s needs
• Build client confidence at all levels of management
• Take leadership in quality assurance process
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior integration analysts and developers
• Assist CTG management in resource acquisition, planning, and supervision
• Assists CTG Solutions in the preparation of project estimates and client proposals.

Duties

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration specifications and solutions
• Develop, test and deploy FHIR-based interfaces using Epic Bridges, Interconnect, Care Everywhere, App Orchard and other Epic integration technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide support for existing interfaces
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with FHIR standards and best practices
• Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations
• Strengthen the relationship between CTG and the customer during each engagement
• Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities

Pay Range

USD $100.00 - USD $120.00 /Hr.
