The program manager's role is to lead several interdependent projects / workstreams / solutions as programs to achieve the strategic objectives to ensure one key goal; the success of organizing and leading product launch programs. A program is a way to organize and coordinate several interdependent Go-to-market projects and maintain delivery alignment for the NetSuite Product family.
You'll analyze your programs with a broad, high-level view—leaving day-to-day project activities to your Go-to-market project managers and analysts. Your primary job description and responsibility ensure that all of your project managers are efficiently and effectively working towards the launch program goals. The successful candidate will be a proven leader, communicator, and proficient in process/project management.

Responsibilities:
- Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to track dependent stakeholder readiness plans, including reporting key milestones status, risks, contingency planning, and issue escalation as necessary.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with key contributors, including product management, customer success, suite success, and sales, to gather requirements and gain internal alignment.
- Lead internal communication flow, serve as a liaison, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user personas and effectively position and communicate how and why product features and functionality address and overcome those market problems for our customers.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints, and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues.
- Deep understanding of ERP Software, NetSuite, NetSuite Customers and NetSuite Competitors
- Deep ties into the customer success and or Go-To-Market organization
- Familiar with customer engagement methodology (Ie – Sales, Activation, Support)
- Excellent communication skills; Requires the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently.
- Proven track record for taking ownership.
- Proficient in PowerPoint; comfortable in designing and articulating complex processes.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
