What You’ll Be Doing:

Who You Will Be Working With: 

The Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics will report to the VP, Marketing and join a talented team helping Evolent grow our leadership position in the specialty and primary care management market. This role will have a broad scope and high visibility working with partners across the organization, including regular opportunities to interact with and influence senior leaders.  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Support growth and business development efforts through integrated campaign delivery, and informing strategic planning, budgeting and how we work as a team. 

• Measure and evaluate marketing performance and offer recommendations to marketing team and business partners. 

• Partner closely with marketing team and business partners to develop measurement solutions that allow us to optimize audience, channel, and messaging strategies. 

• Develop and maintain metrics dashboard reporting across all digital platforms. 

• Lead brand and market research efforts to measure Evolent’s performance across key brand attributes over time. 

• Support Voice of the Customer and NPS (Net Promoter Score) studies. 

• Support internal employee research related to our brand’s employer value proposition. 

• Construct ROI (return on investment) and business case analysis of potential marketing investments. 

• Partner with the VP, Marketing to lead marketing team ceremonies, including team planning and prioritization, intake, and marketing process management. 

• Design and build processes and systems to manage marketing workflows. 

• Manage and report on those workflows to constantly evolve and improve the current processes. 

The Experience You’ll Need (Required): 

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 + years of experience in marketing operations and data analytics, or master’s degree in data analytics or related field, or equivalent work experience. 

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery. 

• Ability to navigate ambiguous marketing challenges.  

• Passionate about using data to generate actionable insights. 

• Capable of answering key analytical questions with autonomy. 

• Enjoys a variety of energized and new challenges.
