This is a role for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving impactful growth strategies within the GetYourGuide creator community program. </p> <p>The GetYourGuide creator community is one of the biggest travel creators communities worldwide. You could learn more about it <a href="https://partner.getyourguide.com/en-us/content-creators">here</a> and <a href="https://www.instagram.com/getyourguidecommunity/">here</a>.  </p> <h3><strong>You will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and scale the GetYourGuide creator community through multi-channel campaigns (Instagram/ TikTok/ Meta Ads), referral program </li> <li>Negotiate, plan and execute promotional campaigns with creators</li> <li>Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance and creator acquisition costs, leveraging insights to refine future strategies</li> <li>Continuously test and optimise messaging, creative, and funnel experiences to improve performance and conversion rates</li> <li>Support the cross-promotion of the creator community across the business to expand the impact on company-wide initiatives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Examples of initiatives you might have managed</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Building a referral program from the ground up</li> <li>Landing page optimisation</li> <li>Running CRM campaigns (ideally using HubSpot)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office (3 days per week)</li> <li>3-4 years of growth marketing experience, campaign management and/ or social media marketing,  preferably with exposure to the creator economy</li> <li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot)</li> <li>Experience in working with Instagram and TikTok creators</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns</li> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to be hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment</li> <li>Excellent project and stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally</li> <li>Product marketing experience is a plus </li> </ul> <p><strong>How we set you up for success:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Invest in your development with an annual personal growth budget</li> <li>Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid work-from-home and telecommuting policy</li> <li>Save on transportation costs with discounted public transportation tickets</li> <li>Support your loved ones with generous maternity and paternity leave policies</li> </ul> <p><br/>And more…</p> <h3>We look forward to hearing from you</h3> <p><span>Unlock your full potential and join our mission to create unforgettable experiences for millions around the world.
