About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Director, CRO Alliances to join our team at Signant Health. In this role, you’ll lead our CRO partnership strategy, working closely with senior executives across the clinical research industry to build strong, collaborative, and high-impact relationships. Your ability to influence, innovate, and deliver strategic growth with CRO partners will be key to driving mutual success and enhancing our service delivery capabilities.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with leaders at global CROs, focusing on top-tier and regional organizations.
• Lead partnership strategy across your assigned CRO portfolio, driving revenue growth and new business opportunities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of CRO pipelines and partnership models, including long-term planning, revenue sharing, and joint solutions.
• Develop and communicate partnership solutions that align with CRO services and strategic objectives.
• Leverage your network and build new connections to expand strategic partnerships and joint initiatives.
• Partner internally with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with CRO objectives.
• Represent Signant Health at major CRO and industry events, driving visibility, thought leadership, and executive engagement.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success in CRO sales, partnership management or strategic alliance development, with experience managing relationships at the global CRO level.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills at the C-suite and board level.
• Deep industry experience in CROs, with an emphasis on partnerships and service integration.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and analytical ability.
• Flexible, dynamic, and comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
• Ability to lead through influence and build trusted advisory relationships.
Nice to Have
• Experience with partnership management platforms or alliance planning tools.
• Functional understanding of e-clinical systems.
• Leadership experience in guiding partnership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
