You will contribute to the transformation of health organisations by leveraging technology, data analytics, and digital innovation.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Purpose-led work you’ll be part of</b></p><p></p><p>As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:</p><ul><li><p><span><span>Leading the delivery of complex, technology-enabled transformation </span><span>programmes</span><span> in the health sector, improving business processes and outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Turning client requirements into value-adding, innovative business solutions, with a focus on digital health, health analytics, and technology adoption.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Managing resource requirements, project workflow, </span><span>budgets</span><span> and</span><span> billing</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrating deep knowledge and a proven record of success within the private and/or public health sectors, particularly in technology transformation and digital health.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Building and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including experienced buyers and influencers.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Driving business development by </span><span>identifying</span><span> new HealthTech opportunities, </span><span>leading</span><span> proposals, and contributing to practice growth.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Developing practice marketing materials, including whitepapers, methodologies, and case studies, with a focus on health technology trends and best practices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Supporting the development of staff through training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborating across the PwC network to </span><span>leverage</span><span> global solutions and assets in health technology.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Your Profile</span><span>:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>5</span><span>+ years’ experience in the health and social care industry, or experience in professional services in<span> </span></span><span>Healthcare</span><span><span> </span>industries/sectors, with a focus on technology transformation, digital health, health analytics,<span> </span></span><span>health data platforms, technology enabled service design<span> </span></span><span>or health planning.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Nuanced understanding of health sector policy, strategy, and operational environment, especially as it relates to technology.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Innovative mindset and keen interest in the latest concepts and enablers relating to digital health, transformation, and technology disruptors.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent commercial and business acumen, with a focus on technology-enabled solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ideally certified in a<span> </span></span><span>recognised</span><span><span> </span>industry project,<span> </span></span><span>programme</span><span>, or change<span> </span></span><span>methodology</span><span><span> </span>(</span><span>e.g.</span><span><span> </span>Prince 2, PMP, MSP,<span> </span></span><span>Prosci</span><span>, Agile, PMI, Lean Six Sigma) or a technology/data analytics certification.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Unlock your potential with PwC Ireland</b></b></p><p><span>We believe that challenges are better solved together!
