Your expertise in repairs, preventative maintenance, and customer service contributes to the overall success of the property and enhances the resident experience. Your Purpose & Contribution
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartment units and common areas.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, documenting completed tasks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems function properly.
- Assist with unit turnover, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of pools, common areas, and grounds.
- Communicate with residents to address maintenance requests and provide updates.
- Coordinate with property management to prioritize and schedule tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- 2+ years of maintenance/make-ready experience in multifamily housing.
- A valid driver’s license (required).
- HVAC Certification (preferred).
- A strong passion for repairs and problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management.
