  • Provision, deploy, and recover Windows/iOS/Android endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID; apply compliance, configurations, and conditional access.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (user/mailbox lifecycle, groups, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive basics, Exchange tasks).
  • Support line-of-business applications (EHR, payroll/timekeeping, property/billing); manage vendor escalations.

  • Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle (labeling, QR/checkout, CMDB updates); ensure accurate assignment and recovery.
  • Apply security hygiene: MFA guidance, patching, Defender AV/EDR checks, phishing‑training support, and HIPAA‑aware data handling.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional after‑hours maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience over certificates: 2+ years professional I.T. support in a multi‑site environment. Certifications are a plus—not a prerequisite. Equivalent hands-on experience is fully acceptable in place of formal certs/degree.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, basic macOS/iOS, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Intune device management and Entra ID user/group administration.
