Our Tulsa location is looking for an Assistant  Manager to help manage and guide our Vending Department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage the daily Merchandising, Quality Controls, and Special Projects
• Coach, train and team build
• Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer
• Identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers
• Work to understand the customers’ business and align account strategies to customer goals
• Accountability for individual success within a team environment
• Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
• Use information technology to forward market planning and maximize market growth
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met
• Respond to customer complaints and comments
• Create and implement merchandise markets, display plans, and promotions
• Manage time and deadlines
• Work independently and have World Class Customer service and interaction with our customers and clients
• Run Relief Route, Drive company vehicle, Deliver product (pop, snack, pastry, sandwich, etc.), Lift and load product (50+ pounds) on & off the vehicle both with and without assistance, Walk, Sit, Bend at waist and knees, overhead reaching, stooping, stairs, driving
